Valentine’s Day Premiere

Valentine’s Day Premiere

I’m a little nervous with Katie before the screening. Balloon eyes and everything.

Wednesday, February 20th the Delancy Street Screening room hosted the first public viewing of Valentine’s Day, a film from A and I Pictures.  The screening was well received by friends and family, about 150 strong.

I would say that it’s my first feature, but it’s 55 minutes, meaning that it is technically a short film, at least in the eyes of many film festivals.  Jim Breen (Writer, Director, Producer, and Man from Detroit) has a master plan, and I sincerely hope that it works.

Jim’s Website has a bunch of positive stuff that people said about the film and the performances.  Katie Krueger and Holly Nugent were incredible and fantastic and also at the premiere, so that can apply to them.  I am far more interested in the folks who said to me “You’re scary”.  (seriously)  People who know me know that I very fiercely hide my abnormalities, preferring to get attention by how conformist I am.  With any luck, this will be the beginning of my Vincent D’onofrio phase of life.
